The wireless phone industry is extremely fast-paced, with new and complex
products being introduced at a rapid rate. The client needed a way to
educate retail sales personnel, product support engineers, and high-end
consumers in the features of its new phone--prior
to the release of the actual
product.
Image Associates (the principal multimedia contractor) hired Interrobang
to build an in-depth virtual phone. The simulation includes all memory
functions, address book, and pre-recorded "phone buddies"
who prompt the user to try different features. Accompanying text offers
constant guidance in the currently available features.

We also designed the phone simulator to easily support future product
improvements, such as additional memory space or a Spanish-language
display.
