client:
ABB (Asea Brown Boveri), a manufacturer of industrial equipment

The
Iliaco's design is based on the fact that strong electromagnetic fields
"bend" light, the so-called Faraday effect. It's a fairly simple idea,
but it normally requires a lot of hand-waving and imagination to communicate.
Jim designed a simple looping animation that showed how the device would
respond to changes in voltage.
