our role(s): Design and illustration of interface gadgets
The Eye Candy filters make it easier to create special effects in Photoshop.
Usability requires that their interface gadgets behave as expected on
both Mac and Windows. This product category, however, rewards products
with a distinctive personality.
We worked with Alien Skin to develop an upbeat, faintly psychedelic
style that worked with their existing UI code base. The design features
transparent shadows and jewel-like elements.
