Neighborhood Drugstore

"The Corner Drugstore" was a concept for a series of patient education
CD-ROMs. Each program would focus on a chronic health condition (eg.
asthma, diabetes) and talk about the medical, emotional, and social
aspects of illness.
Jim tried to avoid a cold, "clinical" feeling by presenting this drugstore
as the social hub of a diverse neighborhood. Locals would gather here
to discuss their lives and health issues, sharing their experiences
and getting medical information from a kindly pharmacist.
