our role(s): Interface design, illustration
The assignment was to create a clean, "nautical" style that would appeal
to the high-end cruise customer. The design also needed to allow the client to easily maintain and add to the site.

Jim's design used simple rules for text and layout, and included a set
of brightly colored tokens that would be used throughout the site. This
kit of parts was designed to enable the client to easily add to the
site, while ensuring harmonious results.

Another favorite feature was the cruise map, which allowed users to
easily examine all the "ports of call" for a particular cruise.
